Back in November ASPC supported a resident in their request for an additional south bound bus stop closer to the playpark and a footpath to run from Rose Cottage Lane to enable those living in that area to have better access. Thanks to the support from residents via a public consultation, WSCC agreed to put a new bus stop in.

Work will commence on this between 20th and 31st July 2026.

We have also been advised that the footpath request is scheduled to be investigated in the beginning of the new year.
