The residents of The Beeches are raising funds to begin Stage 1 of Judicial Review proceedings to challenge the decision to grant planning permission for a 24.8m telecommunications mast in Rocky Lane.

ASPC are fully supportive of the residents in their challenge and are contributing £1000 towards their appeal.
